We've been so busy enjoying James being home that I haven't update our blog much. here's some pics of Grandma and Pops Leon's recent visit.
I don't have pics of our 4th of July surprise- Daddy's return! We'd been telling the kids that "Lord willing" Daddy would be home by the 4th of July. James found out his flight home would get in 1030 pm July 2nd- a little late for our crew to be out! Grandma and Pops Leon came to stay with the kids- I knew it would be hard enough for them to go to bed thinking that Daddy would get to town the next day. so we kept it a surprise. You should have seen the excited faces Friday morning when they saw Daddy. KG did see him middle of the night and C came in our room early in the morning. Our room was dark and he whispered "Mommy, who is in bed? :)
Once CE saw him, she did not want Daddy out of her sight. so nice to hear "Daddy, Daddy, Daddy"

| Grandma brought 4th of July cupcakes.
We had a a nice weekend- pancakes, grilling, neighborhood fireworks, church, french toast, and family.
So thankful for so much to celebrate!
